PLOT
Join Luffy D. Monkey —a young man made of rubber after unintentionally eating a Devil Fruit— as he sets off on a journey to find the late King of the Pirates’ ultimate treasure known as the "One Piece", and take over as the New King of Pirates. As captain of the infamous crew of the Straw Hat Pirates, Luffy is joined by Zoro, a swordsman and former bounty hunter; the beautiful Nami, a money-obsessed thief and navigator; the snipe and liar, Usopp; and Sanji, a slightly lecherous but gentleman cook. Together, with the friends and allies they make along the way, they will encounter other pirates, bounty hunters, criminal organizations, revolutionaries, secret agents, varying types of scientists, soldiers of the morally-questionable World Government, and various other foes, as they sail the seas in pursuit of their dreams.
